The design, for your review
We share the design with you and make one round of changes from your feedback.
The full draft
The whole site goes up on a private link for you to check. A second round of changes follows.
Go-live
Your contract registers the domain in your name, and the site goes live on it.
The rest of the fee
The remaining 80% is invoiced in pounds on the day the site goes live.
14 days of fixes
For 14 days after go-live, we fix any fault in what we delivered. After that, fixes and changes are part of the monthly care plan.
Every step gets a date, written down before work starts.
What's included
Made for phones first
Every site is designed for phones first and works on computers too. Your site's contact links go to your own number or booking link, so enquiries come straight to you.
Readable by search and AI
Each site is set up so search engines and AI (artificial intelligence) assistants can read it. You also get basic visitor counts for the site.
Two rounds of changes
One on the design and one on the full draft, both included. Anything beyond that is quoted before it starts.
Photography, translation, paid advertising and online shops are not included unless your written price lists them.

Your logo, photos and any text you want used, plus your opening hours, licence numbers and access to your domain.
You do. Your contract registers it in your name. RT Digital hosts the site, and can move it to your own hosting for a transfer fee.
Hosting, security updates, and fixes and edits within a monthly allowance. Each month you also get a short, plain note on how your site shows in search and AI assistants. Its cost is set out in your written price.
