What happens after you say yes
A written price
You get a written price and a list of what's included, before you agree to anything.
A 20% deposit to start
Your written yes means signing the price and terms. Work starts once the deposit is paid.
The design, for your review
We share the design with you and make one round of changes from your feedback.
The full draft
The whole site goes up on a private link for you to check. A second round of changes follows.
Go-live
The site goes live on a domain registered in your name, so the address stays yours.
The rest of the fee
The remaining 80% is invoiced on the day the site goes live.
14 days of fixes
For 14 days after go-live, we fix any fault in what we delivered. After that, fixes and changes are part of the monthly care plan.
Every step gets a date, written down before work starts.
What's included
Made for phones first
Every site is designed for phones first and works on computers too. Your site's contact links go to your own number or booking link, so enquiries come straight to you.
Readable by search and AI
Each site is set up so search engines and AI (artificial intelligence) assistants can read it. You also get basic visitor counts for the site.
Two rounds of changes
One on the design and one on the full draft, both included. Anything beyond that is quoted before it starts.
Photography, translation, paid advertising and online shops are not included unless your written price lists them.
English, or English and Arabic
Your site can be in English, or in English and Arabic. A named translator does the Arabic, and the cost is added to your written price.
After go-live: the care plan
You get the care plan's monthly price and allowance in writing, with the price for your site.
